Perspective — Alana Sue Edition

Perspective — Alana Sue Edition

Alana Sue, our very first Woman on the Rise and guest blogger, knows how to keep it 100. Always.

I’m constantly inspired by her and think she’s a true game changer in this world.bonafied

She recently wrote a post titled “Perspective” on her own blog (AlanaSue.com), and I feel compelled to pass it on. As a creative, a businesswoman, but most of all friend, I totally get it. Some can’t handle it, some can inspire you to go further.

Do you want to get the energy sucked out of you or surround yourself with people that will move you forward?

Being a good friend has always been one of my favorite roles in life, but sometimes it’s okay to be selfish and do you. Doesn’t make me any less good of a friend if I dedicate 22 hours of my day to you instead of 24.

This post was dope, Alana. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for being amazing, for inspiring, and understanding where we come from as women trying to make a difference.
