Brunching & Blogging At The Culver Hotel

Brunching & Blogging At The Culver Hotel

Downtown Culver City is my favorite little underrated gem in Los Angeles. It’s been considered “up and coming” for years and doesn’t get nearly enough credit. The area is equipped with great places to eat and fun things to do – personally, it’s one of my go-to places for a cute date night.

On Sunday, Press Pass LA and The Marshall Plan invited Sali and I to a Blogger Brunch (because what blogger doesn’t brunch?) at The Culver Hotel. I’ve always LOVED the hotel for it’s charm and the Velvet Lounge upstairs is a great place to grab a drink with your honey or to gather a few friends to catch up. The lobby entrance has live music playing every night while guests can enjoy their dinner as well. It’s pretty much good for any type of crowd and the atmosphere is a 10 out of 10.

I love The Culver Hotel because it’s actually a historical landmark! Once owned by Charlie Chaplin, the hotel has housed many Hollywood starlets including a bunch of the cast from The Wizard of Oz! Kind of crazy, right? It’s been updated over the past 8 years, but it still holds that 1930s feel.

The Blogger Brunch was so much fun and I had a great time getting to catch up with fellow bloggers/making new friends. Can we take a moment to pause for the awesome romantic getaway to Palm Springs we won?! Since I don’t have a boyfriend, I will be going with Sali. Obvs.

LOVE that you won the romantic holiday! As nice as it would be with a honey, it is even better to spend with your girls IMO. SO COOL that that hotel was owned by Charlie Chaplin! I’ve never been – will DEF go next time I am in LA! xx SS

Absolutely! I love girl-time. You will defos have to check out the hotel next time you’re in town – even if it’s just for a drink at the Velvet Lounge. xo NM
