Everyone has been trying to get me on the Keto diet for years and I have just not been able to do it. I love carbs too much. I hate restrictive diets. And most of all, I thought this was all a fad. Committing to something has never been an issue for me, but for some reason when it comes to food, it is! I regularly eat healthy and in moderation, but I’ve put on a few lbs this summer from traveling and loving life so it’s time to get back on track.
